A Nigerian Pastor, Christosin Olalere has released his debut single titled “Elias (Man Of Fire),” one of over eight (8) different songs in his debut album, “Kerusso.”
According to a recent poll, concert attendees chose “ELIAS—MAN OF FIRE” as the first of eight songs released on all major digital platforms on April 27th. The inspiring worship song serves as a preview for the highly anticipated full-length album Kerusso, which is set to be released later in 2024.
Written by a praying man himself, “Elias (Man Of Fire)” featuring One Stringz is a song that was born in the place of prayer and is intended to inspire praying believers everywhere. Prayer is a prerequisite for victorious Christian living, and ELIAS was written with the intention of inspiring a prayer culture all over the world.
“Kerusso is a well-prepared meal for the world,” said Pastor Christosin Olalere. “The word “KERUSSO” connotes evangelism. It literally means to be a herald, to publish and openly proclaim what has been accomplished—the gospel, the good news of our salvation. That is exactly what we have been sent to proclaim. While other songs on the album will be significant blessings, three of them are direct calls to evangelism—to preach the gospel.”
He also stated that “the song Elias—Man of Fire is a pure inspiration to pray! The powerful lyrics will inspire anyone to pray. The song distinguishes between those who pray and those who do not, and between those who pretend to pray but do not. This is why the song’s first line asks, “Praying Man or Praying Mantis, who are you?” It is a song that will inspire you to start praying before you finish listening, and it will awaken you from every slumber in your prayer life.” said Pastor Christosin about the song “Elias (Man Of Fire).”
