Thought For The Day: “Life is a product of personal adventure.” – Bishop David Oyedepo.
Life is a responsibility that must be accepted. Being alive requires work. A baby newly born must agree to breathe in order to live. While the baby was in the womb, the mother was breathing for the baby through the umbilical cord.
But immediately the baby comes out, it must make attempt to cry in order to open up the lungs for the respiratory reflex to commence. When a new-born child refuses to breathe, it has decided to die.
God’s servant, Bishop Oyedepo once said, Life is a product of personal adventure. Nobody can do the most important things in life for you. As close as I am to my wife, I cannot say to her, ‘I am too busy to eat for the next five days, please help me keep on eating the food I am to eat.’
I have heard people say, ‘My pastor is a very prayerful man, so, he is praying for me.’ The prayer of your pastor may be able to deliver you from some dangers on earth but it cannot guarantee your eternity. It is your personal relationship with God that guarantees how you end up with God.
Remember this: “Life is a product of personal adventure.” –Bishop David Oyedepo.
